Getting started with Papajoe’s Lunch Hour is simple:

Fill Out a Contact Form: Let us know how often you need lunch prepared, how many people are on your team, and where your business is located.

Setting Up a Meeting: After we receive your contact form, our kitchen manager will give you a call to set up a meeting.

Meeting you: This is where we discuss your lunch requirements in detail, ensuring that we meet the preferences and dietary needs of your team. Our kitchen manager will craft a custom lunch menu tailored specifically to your team (customized menus are only available with the Quaterly or Yearly packages). Discuss how often you would like to have Papajoe's deliver lunch for your team e.g. once a week, three times a week etc. We also offer the flexibility to update your menu monthly, quarterly, or yearly, keeping things fresh and exciting.

Delivery: We take care of everything, including free delivery to your office, so you can focus on your work while we handle lunch.

All meals are prepared on the same day we deliver them. This ensures your team receives the freshest food, ready to be enjoyed during their lunch break.

2. Do we have to order from the Papajoe’s menu?
​Not necessarily! While you can order from our regular menu, we also offer customized dishes to suit your team’s preferences. However, this is only available with our Quarterly or Yearly Packages. We’ll work with you to create a menu that fits your team’s specific needs, whether that’s dietary restrictions, favorite cuisines, or any special requests.

3. How do we pay?
To ensure a smooth process, payments are to be made in advance when booking your lunch service. We accept payments by cash, card or bank transfer.

We’re offering an exclusive 25% discount on all our menu items when selecting our Quaterly or Yearly packages. Plus, you’ll still enjoy free delivery.
